Plank Wood Flooring

Wood floors are a classic addition to any home or business. A well-made and correctly-installed solid wood floor will add warmth, character and value to your interior for as long as you live or work there. Some well-kept wood floors are even more beautiful after several centuries of usage.

Plank flooring comes in two forms: Solid wood and engineered wood. Engineered wood floors and solid wood floors are very different and are used in different situations. Once installed, an engineered wood floor can be difficult to distinguish from a solid plank floor. Even though both types of wood floors bring the look of natural wood into a home, they are very different things.

Engineered wood floors tend to be easier to install and they're usually less expensive than solid planks.

All of our Artop plank floors are available unfinished for the most on-site flexibility or pre-finished for ease of installation. Factory finishes Artop floors tend to be more consistent and more resilient. Overall, factory finishes tend to cost less, and matching them at a later time is a lot less trouble.
